ACS is near a deal for a $26.8B partnership with BlackRock’s (BLK) Global Infrastructure Partners, GIP, Reuters reports, citing the newspaper Expansion. GIP will take a 50% stake in ACS Digital & Energy unit, consisting of EUR 5B in equity capital and EUR 18B in debt.
