BlackBerry (BB) has appointed software executive Barry Mainz to its Board of Directors. Mainz is the CEO of Forescout Technologies. In connection with the appointment of Mr. Mainz, the Board increased the total number of directors to eight, seven of whom are independent directors, including Mr. Mainz.
