BKV (BKV) and Comstock Resources (CRK) announced an exclusive, non-binding agreement for BKV to develop carbon capture, utilization and sequestration, or CCUS, projects. The planned projects target permanent sequestration of carbon dioxide waste at two of Comstock’s natural gas processing facilities in its Western Haynesville operating area in Texas. Terms are subject to negotiation and execution of definitive agreements.
