Roth Capital lowered the firm’s price target on BitFuFu (FUFU) to $3 from $6 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The company’s cloud revenue grew 83% year-over-year in Q4, with demand exceeding available hashrate supply, the analyst tells investors in a research note. However, Roth cut its estimates for BitFuFu, citing a limited near-term line of sight to incremental power capacity. The halved price target reflects growth the company’s “growth uncertainty without clear power acquisition visibility,” the firm contends.
