Beyond Air (XAIR) announced that Steve Lisi has resigned as CEO and stepped down from the board of directors, effective March 27 to pursue other opportunities. The board of directors has appointed Robert Goodman, the company’s current chief commercial officer and director, as CEO, effective immediately.
