BETA Technologies opens at $34, IPO priced at $34 per share

BETA Technologies (BETA), an aerospace company designing, manufacturing and selling electric aircraft, advanced electric propulsion systems, components and charging systems, priced its upsized initial public offering of 29,852,941 shares of its Class A common stock at a price to the public of $34.00 per share. The shares are trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “BETA.”
