Bausch Health appoints Michael Goettler, Sandra Leung to board

Bausch Health Companies (BHC) announced the appointment of Michael Goettler and Sandra Leung to its Board of Directors, effective July 22, 2025. The appointments increase the size of the Board from ten to twelve members. Most recently, Goettler served as CEO of Viatris (VTRS). Sandra Leung brings decades of experience and insight from her distinguished career in the pharmaceutical industry, most recently as EVP and General Counsel of Bristol Myers Squibb (BMY).
