Barclays analyst Brandt Montour keeps an Overweight rating on Caesars (CZR) after Carl Icahn received two new independent directors to the company’s board. The news does not change Barclays’ view that it is too soon to spin out Caesars Digital. However, the likelihood of a strategic action “rises considerably” if Caesars shares don’t give credit for Digital into 2026, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
