Piper Sandler analyst Nathan Race raised the firm’s price target on Bank7 (BSVN) to $55 from $50.50 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. The firm notes Bank7 generated impressive Q2 results highlighted by stronger net interest income, with double-digit growth in both loans and core deposits, improved credit metrics, and continued well-above average profitability. Piper believes Bank7 is among the best positioned small caps for additional outperformance via continued top decile profitability and TBV growth, which should be aided by above average organic balance sheet growth and its well-matched balance sheet duration.
