According to a regulatory filing, on June 27, 2025, the board of directors of Bank of Hawaii (BOH) Corporation promoted Bradley S. Satenberg to Vice Chair and appointed him Chief Financial Officer of the company and its principal operating subsidiary Bank of Hawaii, effective July 1, 2025. As part of this long-planned and previously announced transition, Satenberg succeeds Dean Y. Shigemura, who had been CFO since 2017 and with the company for 26 years. Satenberg joined the company as Senior Executive Vice President and Deputy CFO in July 2024 from Luther Burbank Corporation, where he was CFO of Luther Burbank Savings. In his new role, Satenberg will receive an annual base salary of $460,000 and he will continue to participate in incentive and benefit plans on terms consistent with other senior executives of the company.
