Stifel analyst Nathan Jones lowered the firm’s price target on Badger Meter (BMI) to $196 from $209 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. The firm, which is assuming U.S. trade policy leads to a modest industrial recession in the second half of 2025 through the first half of 2026, thinks Badger’s flexibility in manufacturing should help offset tariffs with price “taking care of the rest.”
