Riley Financial (RILY) announced that the audit committee of its board of directors has appointed BDO USA, P.C. as the company’s independent registered public accounting firm for its 2025 audit, commencing upon completion of client acceptance procedures. The company will continue to work with Marcum LLP to complete the 2024 annual audit and expects to file the Form 10-K soon.
