Aya Gold & Silver announces that it has filed a technical report presenting the Preliminary Economic Assessment, PEA, for the Boumadine Polymetallic Project, located in the Kingdom of Morocco, with an effective date of November 4, 2025. The PEA was prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects by independent Qualified Persons, notably Lycopodium Minerals Canada Ltd and WSP Canada Inc.
