DA Davidson analyst Gary Tenner raised the firm’s price target on Axos Financial (AX) to $106 from $100 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The company’s acquisition of Verdant Commercial Capital is modestly accretive to its FY26 and FY27 earnings, but is expected to be a scalable driver of net interest income and fee income while also further diversifying and adding duration to its loan book, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
