Aviat Networks (AVNW) announced that Michael Connaway, CFO, will resign from his position to pursue another opportunity outside of the industry, effective after the Company files its Form 10-K for fiscal year 2025. The Company also estimates non-GAAP Adjusted EBITDA for the fourth quarter to be greater than $14.0 million, compared to $11.9 million in the year-ago period.
