Autoliv announces resignation of CFO Fredrik Westin

Autoliv (ALV) announced that Fredrik Westin has decided to resign as the CFO and Executive Vice President, Finance for personal reasons and to pursue a position in continental Europe, where he resided prior to joining Autoliv in March 2020. He remains in his current position until December 31, 2025, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. The recruitment process for the successor CFO will be launched immediately.
