Under a draft agreement, Australian food delivery workers may see a 25% increase in pay to $20.19 an hour following a deal between Uber Eats (UBER), DoorDash (DASH), and the country’s transportation union, Christine Chen of Reuters reports. If approved, the deal will go into effect in July and will also require the U.S. companies to take out accident insurance for its workers.
