Craig-Hallum analyst George Sutton lowered the firm’s price target on AudioEye (AEYE) to $16 from $20 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. AudioEye’s Q4 results were in line with expectations while the guide for Q1/FY26 was mixed, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Craig-Hallum highlights that the DOJ’s Title II mandate goes into effect starting on April 24, and says it believes that AudioEye’s partners are actively working to take advantage of the compliance deadline.
