AudioEye appoints Kelly Georgevich as CEO

AudioEye (AEYE) announced that David Moradi will become the Company’s Executive Chairman of the Board and Chief Product Officer, and Kelly Georgevich will assume the role of CEO, effective immediately. The Board of Directors has also appointed Georgevich to the Company’s Board. As Executive Chairman, David Moradi will help determine capital allocation, shape long-term strategy, and continue to provide support and guidance to management. AudioEye is now conducting a search for a CFO, while Kelly continues to serve as Chief Financial Officer.
