KeyBanc views AT&T‘s (T) launch of OneConnect, a new bundled connectively offering combining wireless with one gig of fiber, as positive for AT&T and negative for both Comcast (CMCSA) and Charter (CHTR). OneConnect is a value segment offer which should help AT&T drive convergence, the analyst tells investors in a research note. KeyBanc sees the launch as a direct “attack” on cable’s core go-to market.
