Citi analyst Lydia Ling raised the firm’s price target on Atour Lifestyle (ATAT) to $45 from $43 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. Atour posted another strong quarter with Q3 revenue up 38% year over year and non-GAAP net profit up 26% y/y, driven by outperforming retail, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Management raised 2025 revenue guidance to up 35% y/y, and continued hotel expansion plus sleep-focused retail are expected to sustain solid growth, Citi says.
