Astra Space is scheduled to resume trading at 3:40 pm ET, with quotation set to resume at 3:35 pm ET, according to Nasdaq. Shares had been halted, news pending, ahead of the company announcing that it has entered into a definitive merger agreement pursuant to which the acquiring entity has agreed, subject to customary closing conditions, to acquire all shares of Astra common stock not already owned by it for 50c per share in cash.
