Assure Holdings announced that at its adjourned Special Shareholder Meeting held on May 14, 2024, shareholders approved the proposal to amend the Company’s Articles of Incorporation, to increase the number of authorized shares of common stock of the Company from 9,000,000 to 250,000,000. The Company intends to file the amendment to the Articles of Incorporation promptly to effect the increase in authorized common stock as soon as possible.
