Wells Fargo raised the firm’s price target on Aspen Insurance (AHL) to $37.50 from $35 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares. The firm notes the company has agreed to sell at $37.50 share to Sompo, valuing it at $3.5B with deal expected to close in the first half of 2026. This follows recent M&A speculation and given Apollo is a majority owner, Wells expects the deal to close.
