On August 6, the Board of Directors of Artivion (AORT) appointed Lance Berry, the company’s current Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, as the company’s Chief Operating Officer, effective as of August 11. Berry’s appointment as the company’s COO will be in addition to his continued service as the company’s CFO and Treasurer, the filing stated. Berry has served as the company’s CFO and Treasurer since his appointment on December 4, 2023, the company noted.
