Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG) announced the acquisition of St. Paul, Minnesota-based Bremer Insurance Agencies. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Bremer Insurance Agencies, a subsidiary of Old National Bancorp (ONB) following the completion of Old National’s acquisition of Bremer Bank, is a property/casualty insurance broker serving commercial, agricultural and personal lines clients in Minnesota, North Dakota and Wisconsin.
