Artesian Resources increases quarterly dividend 2% to 30.74c per share

Artesian Resources (ARTNA) announced that its board of directors has approved a 2% increase in the quarterly dividend per share on the company’s Class A and Class B common stock, raising the annualized dividend to $1.23 per share. The quarterly dividend rate of 30.74 per share is payable May 27 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 16.
