Arrow Financial (AROW) announced that its subsidiary, Glens Falls National Bank and Trust Company has unified with its affiliate bank, Saratoga National Bank and Trust Company, and the resulting bank has legally changed its name to Arrow Bank National Association, or Arrow Bank.
