Mizuho analyst Maheep Mandloi raised the firm’s price target on Array Technologies (ARRY) to $9 from $8 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares after the company announced a plan to acquire APA Solar. Array expects the acquisition to be accretive to adjusted earnings in the first year, before synergies, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
