The U.S. Army announced the Army Data Platform MATOC IDIQ is on “indefinitely hold” as the Army is reviewing the program’s strategy. “The KTR shall provide all software, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform continued product support of Army Vantage as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services,” a notice posted to the SAM.gov website stated. Previously, in 2023, the Army began the process to develop a successor to the Vantage platform that is powered by Palantir (PLTR).
