UBS analyst Timothy Arcuri lowered the firm’s price target on Arm (ARM) to $195 from $200 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. Despite the “creep” in operating expenses, Arm still has a rapidly expanding opportunity set that should still carry the day, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
