Roth MKM raised the firm’s price target on Arlo Technologies (ARLO) to $22 from $18 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The company reported in-line Q4 results but the “headline” was its 2025 guidance of 25% SaaS growth reflecting a combination of ARPU – average revenue per user – increases, product enhancements and expanding strategic relationships, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Roth adds that 20%+ growth is sustainable for Arlo beyond 2025 driven by strategic relationships, new Freemium models, and new product offerings.
