Arkema downgraded to Neutral from Buy at Citi

Citi analyst Sebastian Satz downgraded Arkema to Neutral from Buy with a EUR 110 price target. Volumes and earnings revisions are inflecting positively for the European diversified chemicals, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm says that with limited downside risk, “now is potentially a once-a-cycle opportunity to buy into the sector.” However, Citi favors a “selective approach.”
