Citi analyst Spiro Dounis lowered the firm’s price target on Aris Water Solutions (ARIS) to $26 from $28 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The firm said its lowered target reflects expected slower Permian Basin growth in response to lower commodity prices. Management indicated no changes to producers schedules yet, but activity cuts were not ruled out in the back half of the year, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm added that it expects activity to slow in 2H25 and into 2026 and have trimmed estimates accordingly.
