Aris Mining (ARMN) announces that it has received approval to uplist its common shares from the NYSE American to the New York Stock Exchange. The company’s common shares will continue to trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol “ARIS”. Upon uplisting, Aris Mining’s U.S. trading symbol will change to “ARIS” from “ARMN”, aligning the company’s U.S. and Canadian trading symbols. Aris Mining’s common shares will cease trading on the NYSE American after market close on February 18. Trading on the NYSE under the symbol “ARIS” is expected to commence at the opening of pre-market trading on February 19.
