BofA lowered the firm’s price target on Ares Commercial (ACRE) to $5 from $7 and keeps an Underperform rating on the shares. 2025 is a transitional year as Ares Commercial focuses on resolving underperforming investments, says the firm, which is reducing its 2025 and 2026 EPS estimates to (30c) and 48c from 82c and 92c, respectively.
