Arcos Dorados (ARCO) announced its Board of Directors has appointed Luis Raganato as Arcos Dorados’ new CEO, effective July 1. Raganato succeeds Marcelo Rabach, who decided to step down from the CEO position but will remain a member of the company’s Board of Directors. Raganato served as the company’s COO beginning in July 2019. Prior to his appointment as COO, he was the Divisional President for the Caribbean, and before that, the Managing Director of Arcos Dorados in Peru.
