Citi lowered the firm’s price target on ArcBest (ARCB) to $79 from $83 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The firm updated trucking estimates to reflect the less-than-truckload mid-quarter results. The firm says the mid-quarter updates reflects weak freight demand continuing.
