Piper Sandler analyst Crispin Love lowered the firm’s price target on Arbor Realty (ABR) to $10 from $11.50 and keeps an Underweight rating on the shares. The firm notes shares traded down about 13% in trading Friday on negative credit migration and a meaningful decrease in net interest income. However, EPS beat and was driven by a $48M gain in its Lexford Portfolio through a sale, but this was a one-time gain.
