Aquiline closed its acquisition of SEI’s Family Office Services business. As an independent company, the business will revert to its original name, Archway. Archway also announced the appointment of several key executives to lead the newly independent company. Anthony Abenante will join Archway as CEO. Anthony most recently served as Global Head of Equities at Credit Suisse and previously was the CEO of Instinet.
