Morgan Stanley lowered the firm’s price target on AppLovin (APP) to $720 from $800 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. After “another strong quarter,” the firm raised its FY26 and FY27 EBITDA estimates by 2% each, but lowered its price target to mark valuation to market, calling AppLovin a “great business on sale.”
