In a social media post on platform X, formerly Twitter, Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo wrote, “1. More-Affordable MacBook: Expected to enter mass production in late 4Q25 or early 1Q26, with an approximately 13-inch display and powered by the A18 Pro processor. Potential casing colors include silver, blue, pink, and yellow. Apple (AAPL) aims to return total MacBook shipments to the COVID-19 peak of around 25 million units in 2026. The more-affordable MacBook is projected to account for 5-7 million units for 2026. 2. Apple’s 2027 Smart Glasses: No display functionality; core features include: audio playback, camera, video recording, and AI environmental sensing. Multiple material options for frames and temples, with Apple actively testing 3D printing technology for production. Projected shipments in 2027: 3-5 million units or more. 3. Everwin Precision as Key Beneficiary of More-Affordable and Apple’s 2027 Smart Glasses: Serves as the reference design supplier for both the more-affordable MacBook casings and the frames/temples of Apple’s 2027 smart glasses. Currently supplies MacBook Pro casings and is expected to begin supplying MacBook Air casings in 2026, with new orders driving shipment growth.”
