Apple (AAPL) does not intend to comply with an Indian government mandate to preload its smartphones with a state-owned cyber security app, Aditya Kalra and Munsif Vengattil of Reuters reports. The app, Sanchar Saathi, is intended to track stolen phones, block them, and prevent misuse. The Indian government confidentially ordered companies to preload their phones with the app within the next 90 days.
