Apple (AAPL) will distribute its six curated radio stations on a global network of home speakers and connected cars under a deal with digital radio platform TuneIn beginning Wednesday, reported The Wall Street Journal’s Rolfe Winkler. The company’s aim is to convert Apple Music’s radio listeners into paying subscribers to its music service, which has fallen further behind Spotify (SPOT) in recent years, the report noted.
