Rave, a Canadian software developer, has filed an antitrust lawsuit against Apple (AAPL) alleging that its shared video-viewing app was removed from the App Store after Apple introduced a competing SharePlay feature, and is seeking reinstatement along with hundreds of millions of dollars in damages, Reuters’ Stephen Nellis reports. In the legal complaint, Rave alleges that Apple removed its app from the App Store in 2025 for what Apple called “dishonest or fraudulent activity.”
