The European Commission is set to close its year-long probe into browser options on iOS without a fine after Apple (AAPL) made changes to comply with the Digital Markets Act, Reuters’ Foo Yun Chee reports. The EU, which launched an investigation in March 2024 under the DMA, is expected to close its investigation early next week, people with knowledge of the matter say.
