A federal appeals court rejected Apple’s (AAPL) challenge to a ruling made back in April that it defied an order from a judge who concluded the company engaged in anticompetitive conduct, Leah Nylen and Josh Sisco of Bloomberg reports. In its ruling, it also directed US District Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers to consider allowing the company to collect commission from developers using its IP, just not at the level of 27% Apple initially imposed. Investors in Epic include Tencent (TCEHY), KKR (KKR), Disney (DIS), and Sony (SONY).
