Apple (AAPL) has yet to submit data sought by the Competition Commission of India, India’s antitrust body, after an investigation found the company abused its dominant position in the apps market, Aditya Kalra of Reuters reports. This has prompted the watchdog to fast-track a decision on penalties to a hearing next month.
