Apple (AAPL) plans to lower the commission fee collected by the company from its App Store in China, with fees for in-app purchases and paid transactions being lowered from 30% to 25%, Laurie Chen of Reuters reports. Additionally, in-app purchases for developers belonging to the company’s small business and mini apps partner programs will be lowered from 15% to 12%.
