Appeals court reverses-in-part, vacates-in part ruling in Avadel-Jazz fight

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit reversed-in-part, vacated-in part and remanded a prior ruling from the United States District Court for the District of Delaware in No. 1:21-cv-01594-GBW, a suit between Avadel Pharmaceuticals (AVDL) and Jazz Pharmaceuticals (JAZZ), according to a post to the appeals court’s site.
